# Beeswax

> A daily, championship-style spelling bee for adults. Five new words each morning, read aloud and getting progressively harder. One wrong letter ends the day. Free to play, including free friend tournaments, with an optional membership that unlocks a 1,000-day archive.

## How it works
- Five words per day, each read aloud in a real voice.
- Difficulty climbs from the first word to the last.
- Sudden death: one wrong letter ends your run for that day.
- A 2-minute timer per word; faster correct answers score more.
- Hints (definition, sentence, origin) are audio only and cost a small score penalty.
- A new puzzle is released every morning (US Eastern time).
